First Service Federal Credit Union is currently hiring a Branch Manager position at our Grove City location.
Position Purpose:
Manage the operations of the branch to maintain an efficient and convenient member service environment that encourages growth and satisfies the service needs of the membership. The Manager provides supervision, training, coaching, and development of the staff supporting the overall goals and direction of the organization.
Specific duties include (but are not limited to):
· Oversee daily balancing of tellers and vault cash.
· Review and process loan applications
· Review and develop branch operations for maximum efficiency
· Act as liaison between the credit union and community
· Coordinate branch staffing
· Supervise and evaluate branch staff
· Establish and maintain an ongoing training process
· Monitor and maintain branch security
· Actively work towards meeting branch goals
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of teller and loan operations
· 1-3 years of previous branch manager experience
· Proven track record of sales experience and ability to meet goals
· Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Friendly and professional demeanor
